What Are Runna Levels?
Runna Levels celebrate your consistency and the effort you put into every session!
As you train, you’ll earn points for the things you already do - completing planned runs, ticking off yoga or strength sessions, hitting new personal bests, or finishing a full training plan. Every run, workout, and milestone adds up, helping you see just how far you’ve come.
As you climb from Bronze through to Champion, you’ll unlock new badges to mark your progress - with access to exclusive partner rewards and offers along the way.
⚠️ Runna Levels is currently only available to users with Runna Labs enabled. To turn it on, go to Today → Profile (top-left) → Runna Labs → toggle ON Experimental Features. This will enable you early access to our new features and you can join our Runna Labs Community page!
How Do Runna Levels Work?
You earn points whenever you complete eligible actions in the app, and these points accumulate to move you up through the Levels.
Points add up to progress from Bronze all the way to Champion
Leveling up unlocks new badges and recognition on your profile

If you’re inactive for 6 months (no point-earning actions), your Level may drop - so why not suss out a Return to Running Plan to get you back on track!
⚠️ Runna Levels is only availabile to Premium users, including those on a trial. Free users won't have access to Runna Levels in the app.

Why don’t my previous plans count?
Only plans started after Runna Levels launched will earn points. Past or already-completed plans won’t be awarded points retroactively.
Do all tasks give points every time?
Not always. Some tasks have limits, such as how many runs or workouts per day or per week can earn points.
Can I lose Levels over time?
Yes - if you’re inactive for 6 months (no points-earning actions), you may drop to a lower Level.
Can I see other users’ Levels?
Not yet. Levels are currently a personal progression system.
Will my one-time actions count if I already did them?
Yes. If you’ve already connected a device, added shoes, or uploaded a profile photo, you’ll automatically receive points for those actions.
Do my past runs and completed plans count toward my Level?
