Runna Levels celebrates your consistency and the effort you put into every session. Every run, workout, and milestone adds up, helping you see just how far your dedication has taken you.

As you train, you’ll earn points for the things you already do: completing planned runs, ticking off yoga or strength sessions, hitting new personal bests, or finishing a full training plan. Each bit of progress builds toward your next Level, from Bronze all the way to Champion.

Your Level reflects the consistency that keeps you moving forward. As you climb, you’ll unlock new badges to mark your progress, with exclusive partner rewards and offers.

This guide will show you how to make the most of Runna Levels and keep progressing, one session at a time.

How Does it Work?

You earn points by completing eligible actions in the app.

  • Points adds up to move you through Levels from Bronze all the way to Champion.

  • Leveling up unlocks new badges and re

  • You can view your progress and points history anytime in your Profile tab.

If you’re inactive for 6 months (no points-earning actions), your Level may drop, so staying consistent helps you maintain your progress.
