Adidas Solar Control
Steph’s go to easy run shoe is the Adidas Solar Control. A supportive shoe that is surprisingly smooth flowing at many run paces due to the Linear Energy Push 2.0 plastic plate system. It supports the foot incredibly and the durability is great! It is a comfortable shoe and the upper has at least 50% recycled content. With it being a bit heavier it is perfect to keep those easy runs under control. It has a continental rubber outsole so its ideal for running but also excellent for walking, travel and lifestyle options.
Lululemon Beyondfeel
Anya’s go-to easy run shoe is the Lululemon Beyondfeel which has a smooth and supportive feel. Its seamless mesh upper provides ventilation, stretch and support where you need it. This shoe has been specifically designed for a female foot, with an extra flex groove on the outsole that mirrors a woman's footstrike for a smooth ride.
ON Cloudmonster Hyper
Ben’s go-to easy mileage shoe is the ON Cloudmonster Hyper. It provides maximum cushioning which means less impact and extra comfort. It is engineered to encourage forward momentum when you run. It has the ability to handle slow paces as well as faster paces due to its springy Cloud cushioning system which propels you forward.
The Cloudmonster is ON’s softest and most cushioned shoe to run in and it is a very fun shoe!
Hoka Clifton
The Hoka Clifton 9 is a narrow-fitting daily trainer which has a Meta-rocker midsole for energy-saving purposes. It is best suited to easy runs as it is highly cushioned.
The 9th version has 3mm more midsole foam allowing it to feel more cushioned.
It has a high level of stability and feels very efficient over longer distances! A firm favourite!
Nike Pegasus 41
The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 41 is a comfortable, mid-range daily trainer. It is designed to be durable and provides a very stable ride. The new 41 version has had some updates though which has reduced the overall weight of the shoe! Whether you’ve run 100km or 500km the shoe will stand the test of time. Great value for money shoe!
