What are Mileage Insights?
Mileage Insights helps you stay on track by adapting your training plan to match your actual mileage. Whether you’ve missed runs or added extra miles, it provides smart, sustainable recommendations to keep your progression safe and effective.
For example:
Missed mileage: If you skip a long run, Mileage Insights will adjust your upcoming sessions to rebuild gradually, ensuring you don’t overload when getting back on track.
Extra mileage: If you’re consistently running more than planned, it will recommend a higher training load to keep your plan challenging but achievable.
How Does it Work?
Mileage Insights tracks all of your runs: scheduled workouts, free runs, and instant runs, and gives you a status update: When it's got enough data, Mileage Insights will generate a status:
Mileage on Track: You’re right where you should be. Keep it up!
Ahead of your plan: You’re running more than planned. We’ll suggest adjustments to match your actual training load.
Let's adjust your mileage: You’re running less than planned. We’ll suggest changes to help you rebuild gradually.
Let's get you back on track: If you’ve fallen significantly behind and your current goal is no longer realistic, we’ll recommend rebuilding your plan.
