Add your parkrun barcode: Race, easy run, or tempo effort - everything you need to track your parkrun efforts!
Subscription details: View your Runna Premium subscription details
Workout & Phone Recording Settings: Running on the track? Enable Open Warm-Up and Intervals/Tempo on Track, choose your pace target preferences, and customise your audio cues.
Heart Rate Zones: View and adjust your heart rate zones to better understand your training.
Runna Labs: Get early access to new features and share your feedback!
Language & Notification Preferences: Set your language and manage notifications.

The Today Tab
The Today tab is your one-stop shop for everything you need to stay on track with your training each day:
Workout details: See exactly what’s planned for the day - whether it’s a run, strength session, or rest day.
Expert tips: Get helpful insights to make the most of your workout.
Weekly mileage: View your total mileage for the week at a glance.
Add an Instant Workout: choose tailored sessions to fit your immediate needs.
View the Plan Adjustment Tray: had a busy few weeks and missed some workouts? Align your training to to get you back on track.
With everything in one place, the Today tab keeps you prepared, focused, and ready for your next step.
The Plan Tab
The Plan tab is where you can view and manage your entire training plan. From here, you can adjust your schedule, manage workouts, and connect compatible devices.
Pace Insights & Estimated Race Times
Review your current performance and past recommendations, and see how you’re tracking towards your goals.
Managing Your Plan
Tapping Manage Plan allows you to:
Adapt your plan: add holidays, B-Races or let us know when you're Not Feeling 100%
Adjust your Training Preferences & Elevation Profile
Adjust your Running Ability, Estimated Race Time and Mileage
Adjust your Running Schedule: set your availability and long run preferences!
Switch your Units of Measure: Set your data units and choose to run to Pace Targets or RPE!
Start a new plan, or view recent plans!
Rearrange Your Workouts
Your Training Calendar is available in the top-right corner, or you can select Rearrange Workouts to manage your schedule.
Drag and drop workouts within a week or between consecutive weeks to stay organised and flexible.
Review your progress and plan upcoming sessions to optimise your training and recovery.
Connect Your Devices
Tap Connected Apps to link Strava and Apple Health, sync your calendars, and connect compatible smartwatches and wearable heart rate devices!
The Activities Tab
Workouts
Here you can view all your workouts to date - including free runs and activities outside of your plan.
Use filters to take a deeper dive by workout type, year, or month.
You can also log a manual workout by tapping the + icon in the top-right corner. This is helpful if you’ve experienced GPS inaccuracies and want to link an accurate workout back to your plan!
Performance
Under the Performance section, you can view your weekly and yearly mileage trends, personal records, completed plans, achievements, and all-time stats, as well as your most recent data sources.
The Community Tab
Be part of the incredible Runna Community. Take part in weekly questions and polls, join races or location-based spaces to connect with others, and support each other on the journey towards your goals!
