How to Connect Strava to Runna
Open the Runna app on your phone.
Tap your Profile icon (top-left corner).

Log in to Strava when prompted and grant permission.
Confirm the connection.
Once connected, your completed runs will automatically upload to Strava.
Troubleshooting Connection Issues
Strava not syncing to Runna? Try these quick fixes:
Wrong account: Double-check you’re logged into the correct Strava profile (especially if you use Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in).
Connection error: Go to Profile → Connected Apps & Devices → Strava, toggle the connection off, then back on. Log in again and re-authorize.
Duplicate activities: If your Garmin (or another GPS watch) is also connected to Strava, avoid recording the same run in two places. Record in one (either Runna or your watch), but not both.
Pro tips
Keep both apps up to date for the smoothest syncing.
Make sure your phone has internet access when you finish your run.
Edits made in Strava won’t sync back to Runna - for accuracy, make any adjustments in Runna.
To ensure your treadmill data is accurate, make sure you correct your pace and distance on your phone after finishing your workout before saving it in Runna for upload to Strava.
