How Does It Work?
Here’s how to get started:
Open the Runna app and head to the bottom of your Today Tab or Training Calendar at the top right.
Select "Add Run".
Pick the workout type that suits your needs—easy run, intervals, tempo, etc.
Set your preferences, such as time, distance, or pace targets.
Hit Start and follow the personalized guidance throughout your session.
