Runna Offers are exclusive rewards and partner discounts you unlock as you progress through the Runna Levels system. Each Level, from Bronze all the way to Champion, comes with its own set of perks. The higher your Level, the better the offers available to you.
Who Can Access Runna Offers?
Runna Offers are available to Premium users.
Free users can view offers but cannot redeem them until they upgrade.
Once you upgrade to Premium, all offers available at your Level (and below) become redeemable.
Where do I Find my Offers?
You can find all available offers in the Runna Levels hub:
Open the app
Tap Profile
Select Runna Levels → Offers
You’ll see a tab for each Level, with your current Level clearly highlighted.
How do I Redeem an Offer?
Redeeming an offer is quick and automatic:
Tap the offer you want to use
Your unique code will copy automatically to your clipboard
You’ll be redirected to the partner’s website to redeem it
Some offers use direct links instead of codes. In those cases, you’ll go straight to the offer page.
Do Offers Expire?
Yes. Each offer includes a clearly shown expiry date located beneath the CTA on the offer card.
Once an offer expires, it will automatically disappear from your Offers list.
If your code expires while you’re trying to use it, you’ll receive an in-app message letting you know.
Expired offers cannot be redeemed.
Why Can I See Locked Offers?
Locked offers show you what’s coming up at the next Level so you always know what you’re working toward. You can redeem them as soon as you level up.
Do I Keep Access to Lower-Level Offers When I Level Up?
Yes. When you move up a Level, you keep access to offers from your current Level and all Levels below it.
Why Don’t I See Any Offers in My Country?
Runna Offers are region-specific, so availability depends on your location. We’re constantly adding new partners across different regions, so check back often.
Can I Use the Same Offer More than Once?
It depends on the partner. Some offers are one use per Level, while others may allow multiple uses.
Any restrictions will be listed in the offer details.
Can I Share my Offer Codes with Friends?
No. Offer codes are unique to your account and can only be used once.
What Happens if my Premium Subscription Ends?
If your Premium subscription lapses:
You’ll lose access to all redeemable offers
You’ll regain access to your Levels and eligible offers as soon as you resubscribe
What Happens if I Level Down Due to Inactivity?
If you go 6 months without any point-earning actions, you may drop down a Level.
In that case, you’ll only have access to offers available at your new Level.
Do Offers Change Over Time?
Yes. We update offers regularly. This means:
New offers may appear
Expired or discontinued offers will be removed automatically
It’s worth checking back from time to time!
Why Don’t I See Discounts in my Currency?
At the moment, offers show percentage-based discounts only (e.g., 20% off), regardless of region. Currency-specific offers (£/$) will be introduced in a future update.
