Signing Up or Logging In to Runna

How to create a Runna account, sign in, and access your account on web or mobile.

You can sign up for Runna or log in to your existing account via the Runna mobile app or a web browser at https://web.runna.com

Please make sure you log in using the same method you used to sign up. Using a different login method may accidentally create a new Runna account.


Signing Up to Runna

Signing up to the Runna Mobile App

  1. Download the Runna app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Open the app and tap Sign up.

  3. Choose how you would like to create your account:

    • Sign up with an Email and Password

    • Sign up with Strava

    • Sign up with Apple

    • Sign up with Google

  4. Follow the prompts to create your account.

Once your account is created, you’ll be guided through various steps to set up your training plan.

Signing up to the Runna Web Version

  1. Click Sign up.

  2. Choose how you would like to create your account:

    • Sign up with an Email and Password

    • Sign up with Strava

    • Sign up with Apple

    • Sign up with Google

  3. Follow the prompts to create your account.

Once your account is created, you’ll be guided through various steps to set up your training plan.

Note: The Runna web version does not allow you to view or complete your training plan. To access your plan and workouts, please download and use the Runna mobile app. It can only be used to:

  • View account details

  • Redeem partner or referral codes


Logging In to Runna

If you’ve previously logged in on the same device, Runna may prompt you with a shortcut to log back into the same account. You may see a message containing the below information:

  • 'Would you like to continue as [Name]?'

  • 'Continue with [Sign-up method]'

This helps ensure you are logging in to your existing account and you are not creating a new account with a different login method.


If you would like to log in to a different account, simply tap “No, use other account” and enter the login details for the account you want to access.

Logging in to the Runna Mobile App

  1. Open the Runna app on your phone.

  2. Tap Log In.

  3. If you have logged in previously on this device, you may see the option to continue as your existing account.

  4. Tap Continue with [login method] to log in quickly, or tap No, use other account if you want to log in with different details.

  5. If the latter, simply enter your email and password, or tap

    • Sign in with Apple

    • Sign in with Google

    • Sign in with Strava

    • Sign in with Facebook

Logging in to the Runna web version

  1. Click 'Existing User'.

  2. Simply enter your email and password, or select:

    • Sign in with Apple

    • Sign in with Google

    • Sign in with Strava

    • Sign in with Facebook

Once logged in on web, you can:

  • View account information

  • Redeem partner or referral codes

To see your training plan and workouts, please use the Runna mobile app.


FAQ

Why can’t I see my training plan on the web version of Runna?

The web version currently does not support viewing or completing training plans. Your plan and workouts are available in the Runna mobile app only.

What can I do on the web version of the Runna app?

The web app can be used to:

  • View account details

  • Redeem partner or referral codes

I signed up with Apple/Google/Strava but can’t log in

Make sure you select the same login method you used when creating your account. Logging in with a different method may create a new account instead of accessing your existing one.
