If you need to update the email address associated with your Runna account, you can do this directly within the Runna mobile app, provided you originally signed up using email and password.
If you signed up using a quick sign-in method (Apple, Google, Strava, or Facebook), your email cannot currently be updated in the Runna app. Please contact our Support team if you would like to unlink your quick sign-in method and switch to email/password login.
Changing Your Email Address
If you signed up using email and password rather than a quick sign-in method, you can update your email address in the app by following these steps:
Open the Runna app on your phone.
Tap the Profile tab in the top left corner of your screen.
Tap Edit Profile.
Tap on your Email Address.
Enter your new email address.
Click Done
Your account will now be associated with your new email address, which you can use the next time you log in.
Signed Up with Apple, Google, Strava, or Facebook?
If you signed up using Apple, Google, Strava, or Facebook, your account uses Single Sign-On (SSO). Because your login details are managed by that provider, you cannot change your email address directly within the Runna app.
If you would prefer to unlink your quick sign-in method and switch to logging in with an email and password, please contact the Runna Support team, and they will be able to help update this for you.

Why can’t I change my email in the app?
If your account was created using Apple, Google, Strava, or Facebook, the email address is controlled by that provider and cannot be changed within Runna.
Will changing my email affect my training plan?
Don't worry, changing your email address will not affect your training plan, progress, or subscription.
