How to Unsubscribe from Runna Premium

Apple App Store (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select Runna.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down).

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store and go to Subscriptions.

  2. Select the Runna subscription you want to cancel.

  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Web (Paddle)

  1. Log in using your Runna account credentials.

  2. Tap Cancel Subscription.

  3. Follow the instructions.


What Should I Do If I Can't Find My Subscription?

Web (Paddle)

You may have signed up using Apple Private Relay. To locate your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name at the top to access Apple ID settings.

  3. Tap iCloud.

  4. Select Hide My Email.

Here you’ll see a list of all the random email addresses created using “Hide My Email” and the corresponding services they’re linked to.

Can I cancel my Runna Premium subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Runna Premium subscription at any time.

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. You’ll retain access for the remainder of the current month.

  • Annual subscriptions: You can cancel at any time, but you’ll keep access for the full 12 months you’ve already paid for.

Can I switch from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription (or vice versa) immediately?

No. You’ll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire before switching to a different subscription type. You can learn how to switch to the Runna x Strava bundle subscription here.

Will I lose my current account progress if I resubscribe to Runna Premium?

No. As long as you use the same account credentials to log in, all your previous progress will still be waiting for you in the app.

How can I resubscribe to Premium? What happens to my data?

To reactivate your Runna Premium account, simply resubscribe using the same email address. All your account information and previous progress will still be there.
