We love running just as much as you do. Running should be an opportunity to socialise and we don’t want following a plan to change this. You can add additional workouts to your calendar using our Instant Workouts feature, but if you choose to complete free runs then these will display in the Activities tab too.
Your schedule is designed to optimise your training for your goal, but also to ensure that you have sufficient recovery around your workouts - so make sure to rearrange your Training Calendar appropriately before adding in any extra runs.
Another idea is to complete all of your easy runs with your friends, or encourage them to join you for some or all of your long runs! Chatty miles make easy miles.
