Lateral Walk Exercise Tutorial

A Lateral Walk can be done in two ways, either with a resistance band placed right above your knees or without.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and squat down into an athletic stance and take a step to the left.
​
Keep taking small steps to the left and then repeat on the right side.
