Hurdle Hops is a plyometric movement that focuses on single leg explosiveness. Even though hurdles are involved, the focus is not on height, but on making a minimal contact with the ground.
The aim is to be able to hop over the hurdles single leg, but if this feels daunting, then start off with double leg. Choose mini hurdles or any obstacle that is only 15-20cm off the ground. As you hop over each hurdle, focus on speed and short contact time with the ground.
