Weighted toe taps is a dynamic exercise that focuses on ankle stiffness and foot contact with the ground. Each step should feel like it has purpose!

Standing tall with your feet hip width apart and on the balls of your feet with a weight in either hand, take balanced steps forward whilst flicking your toe up and off the ground. Keep a strong ankle as you make firm contact with the ground with each step.

Exaggerate the dorsiflexion - bring your toes up as far as you can towards your shin with each step.
