Standing Diagonal Toe Taps is a great full body dynamic exercise that will warm up your hamstrings, calves, lower back and shoulders.

Stand in a star shape with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Keep a soft bend in the knee to avoid them locking. Keeping as straight a back as possible, bend forwards and down so your right hand move towards your left foot. Stop when you feel a stretch, return to the starting position and switch sides. Don't worry if you can't touch your toes, go as low as feels comfortable for you and don't force a big stretch. Repeat for the instructed number of reps on both sides.
