The 'Workout Review' feature is designed to gather your feedback after each workout, allowing us to better understand and enhance your running experience.

How Workout Reviews work

After you complete a workout, you’ll be prompted to review it by tapping a thumbs up or thumbs down. This quick feedback helps us understand how the session went for you.

But we don’t stop there - if the workout didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll ask for a bit more detail. You can easily tell us what went wrong by selecting options such as “Paces too tough,” “Workout felt too long,” or “Not feeling 100%.” Your input is crucial in helping us refine future workouts and ensure they’re just right for you.

Your workout feedback matters

Initially, your feedback is used internally by our coaching and product teams to identify which workouts are hitting the mark and which ones need tweaking. By understanding your experience, we can continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the training plans offered by Runna.

Looking ahead

In the near future, your feedback will play a more direct role in the dynamic adaptation of your personal training plan. This ensures that your plan will evolve with your fitness level and preferences, making each run better than the last!
