If your Apple Watch workout is missing in Runna, and the Apple Watch is connected to Runna, the way to recover it depends on where you started your Runna workout from.
⚠️ Make sure that you do not delete or reinstall the Runna app while this issue is ongoing. Uninstalling may permanently erase locally-stored unsynced workouts that cannot be recovered.
If you started the Runna workout from the Runna Apple Watch App:
Check for a “Sync X Pending Workouts” prompt in the Runna Apple Watch App and tap it to sync. This prompt appears on the main screen of the Runna watch app, right above the Free Run button. This prompt can appear if a workout can't sync directly to the app for any reason, such as connectivity issues — so it saves locally to your watch first. This is normal and just makes sure you don't lose any data.
If the workout is still not showing in Runna, check if you can see the run in Apple Fitness.
If you cannot see the run in Apple Fitness at all, please contact support.
If you can see it in Apple Fitness, you can try a manual import: in the Runna phone app, go to Profile → Connected Apps & Devices → Apple Health → Sync Completed Activities → Import.
If the manual import still didn’t fix it, please contact support so we can investigate further!
