The Press Up Position Walk Out is a great body weight exercise which works into the shoulders, triceps, glutes, chest and core, whilst also improving our hamstring mobility.
Begin standing up tall with feet hip width apart and shoulders back. From here, bend forwards reaching your hands to the ground, keeping your legs straight for as long as possible. Once you have reached the floor walk your hands out and along the floor until you come into a press up position. Here, push your weight over your shoulders and create a straight-line from the top of your head to your feet. Take yourself back up, doing the same steps in reverse.
