How to unsubscribe from Runna (IOS):
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription (Runna).
Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
How to unsubscribe from Runna (Android):
On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
Select the Runna subscription that you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.
How to unsubscribe from Runna (Web):
Head to the Paddle customer portal using this link.
Log in using your Runna account credentials
Tap Cancel subscription.

FAQs
Will I lose my account progress when signing up for a new subscription?
No, all account progress remains intact even when switching subscription methods, as long as you use the same account credentials to sign up.
How can I resubscribe to Premium? What happens to my data?
To reactivate your premium account, just sign up for Runna Premium again using the same email. Your account information will still be there. You can sign up via this link.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can. If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any point and you’ll retain access for the rest of the month. If you subscribe to the annual option, you’ll need to pay for the year upfront, but then you’ll have access for the entire 12 months ahead.
Am I able to switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan (and vice versa) immediately if I cancel my current subscription?
You’ll need to wait for your current subscription term to end before switching to a new one.
I signed up via Apple, but I can’t find my account subscription to cancel?
You may have signed up via Apple Private Relay. Please check via the following steps:
Open the Settings app.
Tap on your name at the top to access your Apple ID settings.
Tap on iCloud.
Select Hide My Email.
Here, you’ll see a list of all the random email addresses you have created using “Hide My Email” and the corresponding services they are linked to.
