Free Trial
If you choose to subscribe to a free trial of Runna Premium, this will be handled through either the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or our web payments partner, Paddle. You will be asked to confirm your payment details and from this point onwards your trial will start. During this trial. you will be given access to all Runna Premium features.
You will not be charged for Runna Premium until after your free trial has ended. If you have not cancelled then you will be charged on the day that your Runna Premium trial converts into a full subscription
Please note: Due to App Store limitations, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial is due to renew to make sure you aren't charged (unfortunately this is an App Store issue and not something we enforce).
Free Access
If you choose not to start the free trial, or you unsubscribe from Runna Premium, you'll still get access to the Runna app, although on a more limited basis. You'll still have free access to the first week (Week 1) of any plan so you can find a plan that works for you as well as use all elements of the app such as recording runs, importing activities etc. However, you won't be able to record or sync planned workouts past Week 1. Additionally, features such as Premium offers and contacting our customer support team for Coaching enquiries won't be available.
If you unsubscribed from Runna Premium, all of your data will remain inside your account and be available to you should you choose to resubscribe again.

FAQs & Troubleshooting
If I delete my account, will my subscription stop and will I be charged?
Deleting your account or the Runna app will not stop your subscription and you will still be charged. To ensure that your subscription is cancelled, please follow the following articles for iOS (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039) and for Android (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en-GB&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid).
Can I get a refund?
If you accidentally subscribed to Runna Premium or have some other issue with using your app, please contact customer service who will try to resolve your concerns and help you claim a refund if you'd still like to proceed. Just so you're aware, we manage our payment processes directly through Paddle, Apple & Google! We'll usually ask you to request a refund through them who are responsible for approving/denying your request.
If your subscription was bought on web via Paddle then you can get support directly via their order support portal.
I can't see my Runna Premium subscription in the App Store, what can I do?
If you can't see your subscription, please visit your Profile in the Runna app (found in the upper right hand corner of the Train or Activities tabs), scroll down and select 'Restore Purchases'. Please then check the store to see if this has pushed your subscription through. Note: it might take a while for the stores to configure this data. If you're still having problems please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Am I going to be charged after the trial/when can I expect to be charged?
If you don't cancel your subscription before the end of your trial period, you will be automatically charged for your subscription. You will be charged on the day of renewal, which will be visible from the Profile page in the Runna app (see above), the customer portal on web or the 'Subscriptions' section of your App Store.
