The Torso Twist is a really simple stretch that helps mobilise your lower back and improve your posture.
Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart. You can place your hands on your hips or hold them at your side with a 90 degrees bend at the elbow. Twist from side to side by rotating your upper body from the hips, bringing the head around and pivoting on the feet. Continue to twist from side to side for 15-20 seconds.
