A heart rate monitor is a great way to get more out of your training, giving you a clearer picture of how hard you’re working. And connecting yours to Runna is quick and easy.
Pairing a Bluetooth-enabled heart rate monitor or wearable with Runna allows you to:
Monitor real-time heart rate data during workouts.
Adjust your effort based on heart rate.
Get deeper insights into effort levels, recovery, and performance.
How Runna Uses Your Heart Rate Data
Once connected, your heart rate data will be recorded and displayed in the Runna app during workouts. While your training plan won’t be adjusted based on heart rate, this data can help you better understand your effort levels and training intensity.
