With any plan, it’s important to be flexible and work it into your lifestyle. Should you miss a run for whatever reason, don’t panic and overtrain to get back on schedule - this won’t give yourself time to recover. Instead, if your body feels well rested, try and complete your missed workout on a scheduled rest day. However, if you are tired from previous workouts, we suggest skipping the missed workout and using the day for some much needed rest!
