With any plan, it’s important to be flexible and make sure it works around your lifestyle. Should you miss a run for whatever reason, don’t panic and overtrain to get back on schedule, this won’t give your body enough time to recover.
Instead, if your body feels well rested, try and complete your missed workout on a scheduled rest day. However, if you are tired from previous workouts, we suggest skipping the missed workout and using the day for some much needed rest!
