A Box Jump Down to Tuck Jump is an advanced plyometric exercise that will improve your explosive power.
Begin by standing on a box with feet shoulder widith apart, upper body tall and looking ahead. With a slight bend in your knee jump up and off the box to land firmly on two feet. Land softly by ensuring the ankles, knees, and hips are not locked. As soon as you contact the ground, propel yourself back up, pushing as high as you can. Jump up into a 'tuck position' - both knees driving up towards your chest. Land softly on two feet with control and good balance.
Use your arms to help you drive up for that tuck jump!
