We’re excited to announce a new feature in the Runna app that will help personalise your training journey even further: Workout Reviews. This feature is designed to gather your feedback on each workout, allowing us to better understand and enhance your running experience.

How It Works

After completing a workout, you’ll be prompted to review it by simply tapping a thumbs up or thumbs down. This quick feedback lets us know how the workout went for you.

But we don’t stop there—if the workout didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll ask for a bit more detail. You can easily tell us what went wrong by selecting options such as “Paces too tough,” “Workout felt too long,” or “Not feeling 100%.” Your input is crucial in helping us refine future workouts and ensure they’re just right for you.

Why Your Feedback Matters

Your reviews are initially used internally by our coaching and product teams to identify which workouts are hitting the mark and which ones need tweaking. By understanding your experience, we can continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the training plans offered by Runna.

Looking Ahead

In the near future, your feedback will play a direct role in dynamically adapting your personal training plan. This ensures that the plan evolves with your fitness level and personal preferences, making each run better than the last.
