If this is your first time enabling Calendar Sync, turning it on will automatically redirect you to the Connect Calendars screen.

From here you can toggle on the Google Calendar - this will bring up the connection screen, from where you can press on Connect Google Calendar to kick things off.

You will now be prompted to sign into your Google account, making sure to press Allow to successfully connect to your calendar. Once connect you will be redirected back to the Runna app where you will see a connection confirmation message

Your Runna plan will will now be visible in your Google Calendar πŸŽ‰

Scheduling a workout with a time

Now you're Runna plan is connect to your Google Calendar, you can begin scheduling workouts within your day.

You can schedule a workout from either the Workout screen and pressing on Schedule Time or from the Rearrange Week screen and pressing on the timer icon.

Select a time and press Save - this will update your workout in the Runna app as well as in your connected calendar.

You can also update your workouts from Google Calendar. Feel free to update the time of the workout directly with your calendar, move your workout to a different day and it will also be updated back in the Runna app.

Please Note - that when you move a workout directly from the calendar, the current system does not support relocating the workout outside of its designated week. Additionally, if you move your workout to a day that already includes a run workout, the two workouts will swap places. This behavior mirrors what you would experience on the Rearrange Week screen.
