At Runna, we respect your privacy and understand that you may wish to review or export a copy of your information. You could do so following these steps:
Open the Runna app.
Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
Scroll down and tap Download your data.
Following the prompts to confirm your request.
You will receive an email with a link to download your data (this may take a few hours). For this reason, it's important that you have access to the email account attached to your Runna profile. When your export is ready, you’ll have 7 days to export your information.
