At Runna, we respect your privacy and understand that you may wish to delete your account and associated data. To remove your account from the Runna app, follow these steps:
Open the Runna app.
Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account.
Follow the prompts to confirm your request.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

If I delete my account, does my premium subscription automatically cancel?
No, if you delete your account your premium subscription does not automatically cancel. You'll need to cancel your subscription separately here.
If I create a new account, will my previous data be restored?
No. Once your account is deleted, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
