Just Want a Workout? Use Instant Workouts
You don’t have to follow a full training plan to run with structure. Our Instant Workouts let you generate a run on the spot, based on how much time you have or what kind of effort you’re in the mood for.
They’re great for intervals, steady runs, or quick treadmill sessions. You can record them right from the app or your Apple Watch, or just use them as inspiration if you’re heading out without tech.
Track Runs with the Free Apple Watch App
The Runna Apple Watch app is free for everyone. You can use it to record outdoor runs, treadmill runs, or Instant Workouts—even if you’re not following a training plan.
If you don’t have a performance watch, you can still track your progress manually in the app.
Strength, Mobility, Yoga, and More
Runna isn’t only about running. We know that optimal training includes a holistic approach to movement, and runners who do cross-training and mobility are more likely to be injury-free.
Our app includes a growing library of free strength, mobility, yoga, pilates, and stretch sessions. These are designed specifically for runners and can help with injury prevention, recovery, and all-around performance.
You’ll find these in the app or on our YouTube channel, and you can do them with little or no equipment.
